Booking &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"545\">\n<li data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"403\">\n<p data-start=\"279\" data-end=\"403\">All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only after full or partial payment as specified during booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"461\">\n<p data-start=\"406\" data-end=\"461\">The guest must provide accurate personal information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"545\">\n<p data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"545\">Prices shown on the booking engine are inclusive\/exclusive of taxes as indicated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"573\"><strong data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"573\">2. Security Deposit<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"733\">\n<li data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"636\">\n<p data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"636\">A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"733\">\n<p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"733\">The deposit will be returned after inspection of the villa, minus any damage or extra charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"773\"><strong data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"773\">3. Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"1021\">\n<li data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"861\">\n<p data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"861\">Cancellations made <strong data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"807\">[X] days<\/strong> before check-in will receive a full\/partial refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"963\">\n<p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"963\">Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows will be charged <strong data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"938\">100%<\/strong> of the booking amount.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1021\">\n<p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1021\">Refunds will be processed within <strong data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1020\">[X] business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1053\"><strong data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1053\">4. Check-In &amp; Check-Out<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1197\">\n<li data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1083\">\n<p data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1083\">Check-in time: <strong data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1081\">11:00 AM<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1114\">\n<p data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1114\">Check-out time: <strong>10:00AM<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1197\">\n<p data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1197\">Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1220\"><strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1220\">5. Villa Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1476\">\n<li data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1292\">\n<p data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1292\">Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number listed on the booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1367\">\n<p data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1367\">Parties, loud music, or events are only permitted with prior approval.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1420\">\n<p data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1420\">Smoking is allowed\/not allowed inside the villa.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1476\">\n<p data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1476\">Pets are allowed\/not allowed unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1507\"><strong data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1507\">6. Damages &amp; Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1800\">\n<li data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1599\">\n<p data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1599\">The guest is responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1722\">\n<p data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1722\">The villa management is not liable for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or injuries that occur during the stay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1800\">\n<p data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1800\">Guests must ensure safety when using the pool, gym, or any villa amenities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1834\"><strong data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1834\">7. Changes to Reservation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1957\">\n<li data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1957\">\n<p data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1957\">Any modification to the booking (dates, number of guests, villa type) is subject to availability and applicable charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"1982\"><strong data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"1982\">8. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2147\">\n<li data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2147\">\n<p data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2147\">The property shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2173\"><strong data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2173\">9. Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2283\">\n<li data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2283\">\n<p data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2283\">Guest information will be kept confidential and used only for managing the booking, unless required by law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2315\"><strong data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2315\">10.
