1. Booking & Payment

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only after full or partial payment as specified during booking.

  • The guest must provide accurate personal information.

  • Prices shown on the booking engine are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated.

2. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in.

  • The deposit will be returned after inspection of the villa, minus any damage or extra charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made [X] days before check-in will receive a full/partial refund.

  • Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

  • Refunds will be processed within [X] business days.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.

5. Villa Rules

  • Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number listed on the booking.

  • Parties, loud music, or events are only permitted with prior approval.

  • Smoking is allowed/not allowed inside the villa.

  • Pets are allowed/not allowed unless stated otherwise.

6. Damages & Liability

  • The guest is responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents.

  • The villa management is not liable for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or injuries that occur during the stay.

  • Guests must ensure safety when using the pool, gym, or any villa amenities.

7. Changes to Reservation

  • Any modification to the booking (dates, number of guests, villa type) is subject to availability and applicable charges.

8. Force Majeure

  • The property shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Guest information will be kept confidential and used only for managing the booking, unless required by law.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing a reservation through our booking engine, the guest agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
